Gratitude Day 9: tea

Whether it’s sweet tea or herbal tea or plain green tea I am so thankful for this soothing drink. It can be so healing depending on the type of tea. It is healthy so long as you don’t add sugar, or at least too much sugar, and it is a comforting way to wind down.

I haven’t been making tea in the evenings this summer, but Im getting back at it.
