Sharing Some Tunes: Musical Edition

I have started utilizing spotify lately and in doing so I have discovered some tunes I might not have otherwise heard.

These are some of my absolute favorites from my “Musicals” playlist.

Evermore: Dan Stevens
So I really didn’t care for this adaptation of Beauty and the Beast. I like Emma Watson just fine but they done messed up the plot and the cast and the wardrobe… they did THIS correctly though. This song is a masterpiece. And I actually forgot it was even from this movie because I only watched it once.
An Epic: The Musical (Circe Saga) – Puppeteer
I’m not even a fan of mythology but I really enjoy these random tunes I’ve heard thanks to Instagram. Idk if An Epic is going to be made into a broadway show or anything, but these animated songs are excellent.
Six The Musical: I Don’t Need Your Love
This is about Henry the 8th and his six wives. It’s excellent. Super sad, because duh… but it does a good job of describing the wives and making them sympathetic characters despite their flaws. This song is performed by Catherine Parr, his final wife. She outwitted Henry when he might have killed her for questioning his authority in the Church. She told him she wasn’t questioning him, but asking questions so he could better teach her the truth (since she’s a woman etc…)
