Cholesterol is what our brain is made out of. Before these drugs were forced on people things like Dementia and Alzheimers were NOT what they are today. We deprive our brains and then wonder why people lose their faculties as they age.
Don’t just blindly listen to your doctors. They are paid to push certain drugs. They are not taught nutrition. They are not taught much beyond what the establishment wants them to teach. Medical Care is NOT one size fits all. Unless the one choice you make is to live as “cleanly” and as close to nature as possible.
