My Favorite Supplement Brand – Micro Ingredients

I have seen so many holistic doctors praise this brand online that I have started to check them first when I need to replace a vitamin or supplement.

Here are my “go to” favorites for anyone interested. (I’m not a doctor, or giving medical advice. Just sharing what I use, what I like and what seems to be working for me.)

Vitamin D3 + K2 : These need to be taken together (according to my dr) for optimal effectiveness. I take a lot of this in the morning and will probably take even MORE in the winter because there’s less sunlight.

Oregano + Black Seed Oil : For when I feel a sickness coming on, oregano is a natural antibiotic, antifungal and antimicrobial

Astaxanthin : I got this because I saw people talking about how it helped you naturally tan and healed sun damage. I can honestly say this summer I had a couple gnarly sunburns that did not stay around long and this was the only thing I consistently used.

NAD+ : I just started using this one, for anti-aging, energy and brain support.

ACV : I take this to help balance blood sugar, especially after eating carbs or sugar. It also contains berberine and cinnamon and cayenne which are all helpful for digestion and blood flow.

MCT Oil Powder: I got this to use when fasting to help fight hunger and keep from eating before my fast is up. I recently did a 3 day fast and it was challenging, but I think MCT oil would help manage symptoms better for next time. (This is a recommended supplement from Dr. Mindy. Not necessarily this brand, but this product.)
