I have been attending church in the city with my brother and his family for the last year. It has been incredible. I have met so many wonderful people. I have been able to participate and help out with different things, like teaching Sunday school. I have made new friends and reconnected with some childhood friends. I have found customers for bread and eggs. I have been gifted tomato plants and fresh apples, pears and asian pears. I look forward to every Sunday and Wednesday.
Finding a good church home is so powerful. I thank God for mine. If you don’t have this type of community I recommend you seek one out. Look up your local Church of Christ and make friends with some truly good people.
