Denim Hem Hack

I have a favorite pair of jeans. They are boot cut, they are long, I can wear them with boots and they don’t look too short/awkward. The issue is the hem always rolls up. I have ironed them, I tried starch, nothing worked.

So I asked my sister in law what she would recommend. (I figured it would require some sewing techniques.) She told me after I was them and remove them from the dyer get the hem wet and lay them flat. They will dry straight. And it WORKS!

I have done with several pairs of jeans that dry funny in the dryer and it’s a real game changer.
