So… in Eudora, Kansas there is a festival to celebrate the CPA (Central Protective Agency). Originally made by farmers to protect cattle and livestock from thieves, they now continue to honor the history of the town with a festival and parade.
How cute is that? That’s my kind of CPA.
It’s happening this weekend.
