On my journey of self betterment and happier living I have started making a daily list of thankfulness. Counting my blessings. Just a small list each day. That I can share on instagram to encourage others and to remind myself, even bad days have blessings. (I am pretty fortunate, I have very few bad days.)
It has become so fun and I start to look for things to write down. I even started a journal page in one of my notebooks titled, “Beautiful Things…” I write down when I see something beautiful. So far the list is: old couples holding hands, people realizing their dreams, a beautiful outfit, acts of kindness, a baby’s smile when they see their mama.
I have been playing the abundance game, applying the “Let Them” principle and law of positive assumption. (I might be making up some of these names.) I will explain all those in a later post.
The point is, these little things are helping me maintain a positive attitude when I start to feel myself drag down. Upward spirals are possible, the hardest part is getting started.
