Do you have a term of endearment that you use when frustrated? Mine is honey. When I find myself overwhelmed or annoyed with the kids I hear myself using a stern tone and saying honey a lot.
It reminds me of P&P when Elizabeth tells Darcy not to call her my dear bc it’s what her father calls her mother when he’s cross.
