Eyes

Have you ever met anyone with two different colored eyes? That is called heterochromia.

You can also have partial heterochromia, where one eye has a spot of another color. Or central heterochromia, where there are two distinct rings of color in each eye.

I have central heterochromia. My eyes are green with a brown ring.

It doesn’t matter. It’s just cool information.

It’s related to melanin (according to one article I read.)

The article said approximately 200,000 people in the US have central heterochromia. And fewer than 200,000 people have full heterochromia.

There is your random fact for the day. 👍🏻
