Every book that is made into a movie is messed up. (Giving a dwarf and elf a love plotline in The Hobbit… seriously?!?!)

In Harry Potter (once Richard Harris passed away) the guy who DIDN’T EVEN READ THE BOOKS TO FIND OUT WHAT KIND OF CHARACTER DUMBLEDORE IS SUPPOSED TO BE ruined the fourth movie with, “DID YOU PUT YOUR NAME IN THE GOBLET OF FIRE!?!?!?!”

In Twilight they chose Kristen Stewart as Bella… and cute off all Alice’s hair… (Maybe that was the same as the book, but it was a bad decision).

SO… what can be done to make sure that books are given proper… care?

TV Series

Make every 2-3 chapters into one episode and turn it into a tv series. Don’t add nonsense. Don’t take away important aspects. You can do so many things with a tv series and include SO much.

That is all. It should be done for all the popular books. Harry Potter, Twilight, LOTR, Hunger Games, all of them. (Though let’s be real, LOTR is really excellent and recasting it would be a nightmare. You can’t replace the original cast in my opinion… But the hobbit could be redone better.)

Even if they can’t do everything with 100% accuracy it wouldn’t be hard to improve the franchises.

Except Bella’s Dad… Charlie was perfect. Everything else in Twilight can and should be fixed.

Can you tell I’m a bitter millennial? Hahahaha

I still love the books and will always watch Twilight… but I will also mock it mercilessly.
