I have several friends and acquaintances who have had kids this last year. I recently took a poll on IG to see what things my women want/need after having a baby that they often don’t ask for.
This is the list so far…
– gift cards for food
– gift cards for new clothes bc chances are your old ones won’t fit
– hydrating drinks (I recommend ones from just.ingredients bc they will be clean ingredients.)
– nourishing food and snacks bc breast feeding will make you ravenous
– an offer to help with chores or bring meals
