There are three things that I think would make excellent gifts for anyone of your acquaintance. They are inexpensive, practical and potentially life changing.
- Squatty Potty. There are different style options. (They tip over, so I don’t recommend using them as a step-stool for kiddos.) But these will change your life. They’re real crowd pleasers.
2. Bug Zapper: This one is different. While it CAN be used as a hand held electric tennis racket of death, this device can be set out on the counter and left on. I leave mine on the counter at night and in the morning I find so many gnats and flies dead on the counter. Kinda gross, but even though it’s winter in Kansas I still have random flies in the house.
3. Magnetic Screen Door: This is my favorite for fall and spring. I am able to leave my sliding door open and let in the lovely breeze. It helps keep energy costs low and if you have indoor/outdoor pets they can go in/out with ease.
