Home Remedies That I’ve Tried

This last month has been a whirlwind and I’m exhausted.

That exhaustion manifested itself in the flu. I was sick out of my gourd for about a week.

It started with a fever (2 days) and that morphed into a cough followed by the sniffles and plugged ears.

I took all the natural things, elderberry syrup, fermented garlic in honey, my normal vitamins, I also tried ear candles to help with the pressure. I did face massages to help drain my sinuses.

The things that worked the best were 1. fermented onion in garlic. It tastes terrible. It worked like a charm. Best cough syrup I ever used. 2. Showers and soaking my feet in magnesium and eucalyptus oil. 3. I softened onions on the stove and when they cooled some I wrapped them up in a towel and put them on my ears. This relieved some of the pressure and I was able to sleep. I also put onion slices on my feet (in my socks) to battle my cough.

All the things I tried that worked best are from different Barbara O’Neill lectures that I found on youtube. 10/10 would recommend.

I’m not a doctor, this isn’t medical advice, this is just my experience. Do with that info what you will and be well this autumn!
