What does that mean? It’s a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. (This is all on a paper from my shrink.)
This is an approach to help you reprocess memories. So if you can go back to the earliest memory of a certain trauma and reprocess it then you can “heal”. It removes a mental block. I haven’t gone through this yet, but I’m in the process of it now and I’m pretty excited.
Once I go through more in therapy I’ll share more.
I always struggle to remember this, but the left side of the brain is the logical side and the right side is emotional. I am definitely a right brained individual.
