This is what I have. I’ve never actually used it, but I have it through the app store on my phone. I use ATT phone service.
I personally hate the idea of having to mail my phone off somewhere to get fixed, but thankfully there’s either AT&T stores or Apple stores within an hour drive of me, so the mail in option isn’t necessary. I use an iPhone SE so my insurance is cheaper than the newest iPhone models.
